Stephen King gets a perfect revenge on Donald Trump for blocking him on Twitter!

While promoting his latest movie The Dark Tower, Stephen King made some disparaging remarks about our standing President, Donald Trump. In retaliation, Trump has now blocked Stephen King on Twitter. Now, the legendary horror writer got revenge on the President Thursday evening by declaring that he’d be returning the favor, by blocking Trump from seeing the upcoming film “IT” and television series “Mr. Mercedes,” both based on works by King.

“Donald Trump blocked me on Twitter. I am hereby blocking him from seeing IT or MR. MERCEDES. No clowns for you, Donald. Go float yourself,” King tweeted.

The movie "It" is about a group of children who confront their fears while confronting the evil balloon-carrying clown, Pennywise. The movie is due out next month.

"Mr. Mercedes" is about a killer who drives a stolen Mercedes into a crowd. The series began airing earlier this month on the Audience network.

King has been feuding with Trump on social media since the presidential campaign, in which the author fired off tweets such as this one:

King had regularly blasted Trump throughout the first 100 days of his presidency. In one tweet, he said the president was an “almost textbook case” of narcissistic personality disorder. He also once tweeted of Trump: “That this guy has his finger on the nuclear trigger is worse than any horror story I ever wrote.”

King revealed on Twitter in June that the former Celebrity Apprentice host blocked him "from reading his tweets," before quipping, "I may have to kill myself."

Luckily, fellow author J.K. Rowling, another Trump adversary, came to the rescue. "I still have access. I'll DM them to you," she tweeted the Carrie scribe.

Trump hit the "block" button on Chrissy Teigen, too. "After 9 years of hating Donald J Trump, telling him 'lol no one likes you' was the straw," the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 31, tweeted in July alongside a screenshot showing the error message, "You are blocked from following @realDonaldTrump and viewing @realDonaldTrump's tweets."
